BioWelcome to my little place on the net. Sometimes things are little quiet, but if you'd like to stick around, I'll try to be on my best behaviour. I do come around to check things eventually. I can't promise that things will always be lively, but I can promise that I'll always be honest but very thoughtful. Irrashaimase! ^_____^
All right. So a little about me... I like to lurk around a lot of places. I'd thought I'd grown out of anime, but apparently that wasn't the case. Lol.
Current faves?
Naruto. (fandom why you so crazysomeall the time?)
Darker than black. (Always love me them dark, brooding types, lol.)
Claymore. (Chicks with big-ass swords who kick ass? Check.)
And Devil May Cry anime. (The plot kinda sucks and whoo-boy, I'm not liking the new character's so much, but man, Dante animated? Hawwww~awwtt!)
I've recently become a mad(voracious) manga reader(binge-reader):
I'm into more shoujo than I'd originally thought I was.
Apparently all it takes to get me to read yaoi is pretty boys half-nekkid all the time.
And though I've always been a fan of shonen, horror-suspense genre is tickling my fancy too right now. That's all I need, more stuff to keep me chained to the computer, lol.
Manga I'd really like to recommend right now?
Horror genre: MPD Psycho (it's godly good, and such an interesting read right now! So many twists and turns - they should make it into a movie or something.)
Shoujo genre: Goong and Vampire Knights and Bride of the Water God. (Full of such pretty, pretty characters. The first pulls at your heartstrings with angst and heartache, the second has that too but with vamps and some good old UST and the third is quite ethereal and of course the standard healthy doses of angst and heartache are present along with some half-naked people in water...)
Yaoi genre (never thought I'd be reading anything from the genre let alone recc'ing something from it, lol): Dolls (seriously did not find out that the second member was a guy until waaaaay later in the series. Anywho - men in uniform. With guns. Catching bad guys. Did I mention the uniforms? Hot. Enough said)
And finally some shonen manga titles: Ga-rei and Hitomi no Catoblepas (Both deal with supernatural themes, and both are fun and enjoyable with some healthy doses of fan-service to boot.)
